As a result, he always aims at long-term competitiveness, regardless of whether this involves the E2E-optimization of business processes (Customer & Company Journey Redesign) or the development of new, modular product strategies. Thanks to his many years of consulting experience, both with major telco-players and with large insurance companies, he always delivers extensive expertise and potential synergies within his projects. With his honest, open and direct character, he sometimes "rubs salt into the wounds" in his projects always with the goal of realizing the maximum and best project results for his customers.

Prior to SMP, he graduated in "International Business" from Maastricht University and the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Besides his studies, he already developed various business plans for different startups and gained several years of operational service experience in customer service at a renowned automotive manufacturer.

The enthusiastic winter sportsman is happily married and has two young sons who keep him busy. Now living in Düsseldorf, he nevertheless visits his original home near the Alps, Lake Constance, several times a year.
