It was good right from the start. In my first few months at SMP, I became familiar with the entire spectrum of strategy consulting, from energy to trade, from price strategy to restructuring, from the German via the Czech to the Ukrainian markets, from snowboarding to belly dancing (a team event, actually). The probationary period flew by and I knew immediately that I wanted to stay on board! To me, day in day out SMP means the opportunity to work and grow on my own initiative, on a strong, results-orientated basis and in a constantly challenging work environment. And I'm always involved directly on-site at the customer's premises.

As a student I only knew about SMP from hearsay. Enthusiastic students raved on about the exciting projects they worked on during their internships at SMP. When I was a consultant in an international consulting firm, it was the same story. From contacts working at SMP, I continued to hear many positive things about the corporate culture, internal development opportunities and challenging projects. Infected by all this enthusiasm, I decided to apply to SMP myself. The open atmosphere, the friendliness and professionalism of my potential colleagues at the Assessment Center finally persuaded me to be part of the SMP team. For me, that was the right decision!
