From the first tentative steps as a consulting intern in 2005, I have matured step by step to a senior manager. After numerous strategic projects in almost all SMP's core industries I have developed in recent years becoming an expert in customer strategies for the trade sector. SMP offers a flat hierarchy and a lot of responsibility from day one. This is true not only for project work: as a member of the SMP recruiting team, I developed five years ago the University Scout Program. Today I have the responsibility for all SMP recruiting activities and lead the operational team.
Strategic projects with top clients, realizable concepts and a unique team - these three aspects have convinced me from the beginning. So far in my career I've not experienced a company, where the mix is as right as for SMP. "Challenge" is very important for us as well as "mentoring". Together in a team with our clients we work out pragmatic solutions with measurable added value – what more could you want.
