As an Intern
Enthusiastic students can learn about SMP during their studies through an internship. As a team member you will be integrated into project work from the very outset. This way you'll be able to put your skills in specific tasks to the test. Outstanding performance during the internship is the best recommendation for inclusion in our intern support programme and for future permanent employment.

Requirements: At least two years of a bachelor degree in economics or a business-related subject and initial practical experience (ideally in a management consultancy or an SMP core industry)

As a Consultant
After successfully completing a university degree (preferably a masters degree), you start your career with SMP as a consultant. From day one you will be faced with wide range of exciting and varied activities, including challenging projects on different topics for clients in various industries. Many of these clients are DAX 30 companies. Through targeted further development of your strengths and interests you continuously refine both your subject and industry expertise.

Requirements: Degree in economics / business-oriented degree with excellent results and at least two internships in a management consultancy or SMP core industry

As a Senior Consultant
SMP provides interesting career opportunities for candidates with professional experience. Depending on your existing professional qualification, you could start with us right away as a senior consultant. By developing our existing customer base and exploring new topics and industries, you could actively shape the future direction of SMP.

Requirements: Minimum 2 years' relevant work experience in a management consultancy or an SMP core industry and initial management experience
